Objective 18: Invest in skills development and facilitate mutual recognition of skills, qualifications and competences

The unlimited potential program for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) is a public private partnership between the government of the Philippines and Microsoft (as part of the Microsoft Unlimited Potential Program-Community Technology Skills Program (UP-CTSP)). The program focuses on improving lifelong learning for under-served Filipino youth and adults by establishing learning centers and providing IT skills training in cooperation with non-governmental organizations.
