The Overseas Korean Foundation uses the capabilities of overseas Koreans for national development in line with its globalization policy.

The project aims to build the foundations of educating human resources who can make contributions to the development of overseas Korean societies as well as in the motherland by finding the next generation talents of excellent overseas Koreans.

NATEG Days

Beginning in 2011, the North American Tunisian Engineers Group (NATEG), in partnership with the Tunisia American Young Professionals (TAYP) and AMIDEAST, has hosted the annual 'NATEG Days' in various cities in Tunisa. The days provide an entrepreneurship program aimed at graduating and graduate students in Tunisia’s top engineering schools.

ChileGlobal - The Talent Network for Innovation

ChileGlobal — the Talent Network for Innovation — promotes and facilitates the development of key economic clusters in Chile by reinforcing their links with Chileans (and some non-Chileans) residing abroad who are working to introduce innovative technologies to Chile.

The Network, which is run by a technical secretariat coordinated by NGO 'Fundacion Chile', was founded in 2005. Considered a national public interest project, the Network is financed by Chilean public funds. 

SenExpertise - Database on Human Expertise and Senegalese Centers of Excellence

The SenExpertise program contains a database of highly skilled Senegalese residing in France who desire to offer their expertise to Senegalese institutions (administration, programs, etc). The program finances short missions that help to build capacities of Senegalese institutions or organizations. This program is financed under the French migration agreement.

Temporary Return of Qualified Nationals (TRQN), Georgia

The Temporary Return of Qualified Nationals (TRQN) program is managed by IOM and the Georgian State Ministry of Diaspora Issues. It allows for the temporary return of Georgian nationals to Georgia in order to transfer their skills to their hosts organizations.

Georgia has been engaged in TRQN programmes for some time. It has a large and wellresourced IOM office, which is both very supportive and very strategic. Unlike many  other countries, it has an active State Minister’s office for Diaspora Issues and a task

Réseau International des Congolais de l'Exterieur (RICE) ( International Network of Congolese Abroad)

The International Network of Congolese Abroad (Réseau International des Congolais de l'Exterieur - RICE), is an association that gathers the Congolese diapora in France.

In October 2013 it launched a call for a business plan of €50,000 to finance local projects orthe creation of enterprises to the benefit of entrepreneurs from DRC, Gabon and the Republic of Congo.  

GHANACOOP

Ghanacoop is a social cooperative promoting the competences of Ghanaian migrants residing in the Province of Modena, Italy. The cooperative was created through IOM's Migration for Development in Africa (MIDA) programme, which supports migrant diasporas wishing to invest in their country through skills transfer and new enterprises,

The Ghanaian diaspora have partnered with local government and local business to set up agrarian cooperatives back home, which in turn trade their produce with the community in Italy.

Strengthening African and Middle Eastern Diaspora Policy through South-South Exchange (AMEDIP)

'Strengthening African and Middle Eastern Diaspora Policy through South-South Exchange' (AMEDIP) is a project of the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), developed and implemented within the framework of the Dialogue on Mediterranean Transit Migration (MTM). More specifically, AMEDIP builds directly upon the previous MTM initiative 'Linking Emigrant Communities for More Development - Inventory of Institutional Capacities and Practices', implemented by ICMPD and IOM in the period 2009 - 2010.
