In Ecuador, the Organic Law on Human Mobility (LOMH) (2017) ensures the rights of people in situations of human mobility in Ecuador and of the diaspora, with clarified definitions, improved institutional coherence including between sub-national and national levels of governance and increased protection people in vulnerable situations.
