The Europass system facilitates job matching through a common definition of experience and mobility. It comprises five documents available in a common format across Europe:

The Ontario Skills Passport provides clear descriptions of the Essential Skills and work habits important for work, learning and life.  The OSP is a free bilingual, web-based resource that provides clear descriptions of the essential skills and work habits needed for success in the workplace. 

The European Engineer (EUR-ING) title is delivered by the European Federation of National Engineering Associations (FEANI), and is designed as a guarantee of competence for professional engineers.

IndiaSkills is a joint venture between Manipal Education from India and City and Guilds from the UK to produce 500 centres and 1 million learners in 5 years with the aim of redefining the way education and training is delivered in India. It will enable students to obtain internationally-recognized skills-based qualifications in a wide range of industries, beginning with retail, hospitality, banking and English language training.

The IOM Independent Network of Labour Migration and Integration Experts (LINET) was created in 2009 by the International Organization for Migration in order to provide the Directorate General of Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion of the European Commission with expert analysis and advice on economic migration and labour market integration of third country nationals.

The Skills Passport guarantees English language proficiency to designated levels and technical skills against Saskatchewan's Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST) certificate and diploma program standards.

The Occupation Permit (OP) is a combined work and residence permit which allows foreign nationals to work and reside in Mauritius under the following 3 specific categories(Investor, Professional & Self-Employed).

With this facility, if private sector needs are not met, the Government can issue Occupation Permits allowing a company to meet their needs abroad. This facility also covers foreign investors.

The Business Express Program (BEP) expedites business travel from China, India, Mexico, and was also rolled out in Bulgaria and Romania. It is a facility provided on a need-by-need basis by Canadian embassies in places where there is an identified neeed to expedite visa requests for business travelers.Under BEP, visas are issued within days and there is a near-perfect approval rate for those registered in the program. The Travel Express program in Mexico offers a fast, simplified visa application process for tourists who use travel agencies registered with the Canadian Embassy.
