Guyana’s Diaspora (GUYD) Project is a project implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the IOM Guyana Office. The project seeks to engage Guyanese Diaspora by documenting skills, resources and the return interest and plans of those willing to support the development.
ChileGlobal — the Talent Network for Innovation — promotes and facilitates the development of key economic clusters in Chile by reinforcing their links with Chileans (and some non-Chileans) residing abroad who are working to introduce innovative technologies to Chile.
The Network, which is run by a technical secretariat coordinated by NGO 'Fundacion Chile', was founded in 2005. Considered a national public interest project, the Network is financed by Chilean public funds.
The SenExpertise program contains a database of highly skilled Senegalese residing in France who desire to offer their expertise to Senegalese institutions (administration, programs, etc). The program finances short missions that help to build capacities of Senegalese institutions or organizations. This program is financed under the French migration agreement.

The main goal of the African Guarantee Fund (AGF) is to increase access to finance for small and medium enterprises – which is especially relevant for returning migrants. The AGF’s key mandate is to assist financial institutions to increase their financing to African Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) through the provision of partial financial guarantees and capacity development assistance. AGF’s products and services provide financial institutions with the means which they can leverage in bringing their African SME financing interventions to the required scale.
The Centre for Migration Management and Information (CIGEM - Centre d'information et Gestion des Migrations) based in Bamako, Mali, was created in 2008 through an agreement between the European Union and the Government of Mali. Its main objectives are the definition and implementation of a Malian migration policy adapted to national, regional and international dynamics in constant evolution, with particular emphasis on the link between migration and development.
The Nyerere Program aims to contribute to high-level African human resource development and retention and supporting intra-African academic mobility. The African Institute for Remittances (AIR) is a specialized technical office of the African Union Commission (AUC) established to assist the AU Member States to:
(a) improve their statistical measurement, compiling and reporting capabilities on remittances data;
(b) Promote appropriate changes to their legal and regulatory frameworks for remittances, payment and settlement systems as well as use of innovative technology so as to promote greater competition and efficiency, resulting in reductions of transfer costs; and
