Overseas Assessment Program, or the TESDA Onsite Assessment Program: The Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) brings its services to the country where the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) are located. Competency assessment and certification services are provided for the confirmation of possession of competencies required in the preferred workplace. Skills trainings are also provided to meet the standards of industries and companies where OFWs can find better opportunities.

Mexico has been implementing programs to evaluate and certify middle skilled workers for migrants with relatively lower levels of formal education but who have acquired significant and complex skills through on-the-job learning. Migrants that fit this profile include, for example, skilled construction workers, experienced garment manufacturers, workers in the high-end service and hospitality industry, and home-health care providers.
In July 2007, the ASEAN Foreign Ministers established the ASEAN Committee to Implement the Declaration on the Protection and Promotion of the Rights of Migrant Workers. Part of the role of this committee has been to strengthen information services to educate migrant workers about their rights, access to services and immigration requirements.
The joint cooperation between Egypt and Jordan in the field of labor management aims at creating a safe, fair and stable work environment for Egyptian workers in Jordan and their employers. The Egyptian Ministry of Manpower and Immigration and the Jordanian Ministry of Labour are the main stakeholders. They are jointly responsible for the implementation of the 2007 Memorandum of Understating (MoU) and the 2016 Labor Agreement and managing the jointly-established channels of communication, as well as consultation mechanism.
Main aim:
Currently in its third phase, the ILO Safe Labour Migration Programme in Sri Lanka contributes to promote safe and regular migration through improved policies and legal frameworks related to labour migration and better service provision to migrant workers and their families.
The project, cofinanced by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, aims to optimise the transition between pre-integrative language-learning, information and advice courses abroad and initial language teaching, as well as further integration measures provided by the Federal Government in Germany.
